Promote Your Event
Become a member to list your events and activities in the guide
Bright Sparks is a UK-wide events guide, connecting local people with hands-on activities, creative projects, and community initiatives, from grassroots groups to established organisations.
If you run a club, workshop, DIY project, activity, skill-sharing session etc – membership helps you reach people who want to get involved, make things happen, and meet like-minded doers.
We’re launching city by city, starting with Manchester. To have a say in where we launch next, sign up for our newsletter.
What makes Bright Sparks different?
Persistent visibility: Your events don’t disappear after a single post. They appear across multiple pages, guides, maps, and calendars.
High-quality, trusted listings: Every submission is reviewed for quality and relevance before publication, unlike Eventbrite or Meetup.
Optimised for discovery: Events are manually classified and organised so they are easy to find in search engines and AI tools — no paid marketing needed.
Bright Sparks is not a national advertising platform. We build strong local ecosystems first, so organisers are seen by the right people in their area.
