Join these weekly Tai Chi classes in Whalley Range, created for adults who want to practise Tai Chi and regain a sense of balance in body and mind.
Held every Friday at the Carlton Club, these sessions combine Tai Chi and Qigong movements to help you stretch, tone, breathe deeply and move with greater ease. The practice is both gentle and strengthening, supporting energy, stability and overall wellbeing.
Movements are done standing, with options to practise some exercises seated if standing for longer periods feels difficult. The class is welcoming and accessible, whether you are completely new to Tai Chi or have been practising for years.
