Good grief is a support group for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. It’s a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and start supportive friendships.
Bring along pictures, keepsakes, or anything else that reminds you of your loved one. Board games and jigsaws will be provided for anyone to play and get to know others.
Grief can feel isolating, especially when friends or family don’t know how to respond. A support group reminds you that you’re not alone and offers practical coping strategies shared by others who have also experienced loss.
Counselling will be available on the day for anyone who needs it.
