This weekly running club takes place on Saturdays at Longford Park Car Park and is organised by Manchester Frontrunners.
The session involves a mixed-terrain social run, with options for 5 km, 7.5 km, or 10 km. Newcomers are paired with a buddy at a similar pace, whether you’re a steady jogger or training for a marathon.
Most attendees can comfortably run 5 km. If you’re still building up to that distance, following a Couch to 5K programme beforehand is recommended.
