This monthly Diabetes Support Group in Hulme is for older people from the African Caribbean community who want to live a full, healthy life. Held on Tuesdays at Claremont Resource Centre and brought to you by ACCG – African Caribbean Care Group, the group offers strategies for managing life with diabetes and the chance to learn from others living with the condition.
Sessions take place in the Day Room.
