This Tai Chi Club welcomes people of all abilities, who want to reduce stress, increase mobility, and do gentle, low-impact exercise.
Sessions are calm and focused, combining Tai Chi movements, gentle stretches, and mindful breathing. You can move at your own pace, sitting or standing, with friendly guidance throughout.
